24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

By making an appointment at LUBLINI BEAUTY INSTITUT GmbH, you agree to our 24-hour cancellation policy. Any requests to cancel or reschedule appointments must be made no later than 24 hours in advance, otherwise the full cost of the scheduled services will be charged and a bill for no-show or late cancellation will be sent. Requests to cancel or reschedule appointments may be made by emailing clublinibeauty@gmail.com.

TARDINESS POLICY :
We try to be as accommodating as possible, but please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate you for your procedure, If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. This will be considered tardy and a missed appointment. You will be billed accordingly.

Also, if you are not feeling well or have symptoms of Covid-19, please let us know and cancel your appointment. Lublini Beauty Institut GmbH does not charge for cancellations due to illness, but you will be required to provide additional documentation. Otherwise an invoice will be sent.

The services are non-refundable, but the quality of the work is very important to us and we do our best to guarantee it.If you are not satisfied with the services for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help. It is very important that problems are brought to our attention immediately or within 5 days of the work we have done.
